FAQ
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales final per Terms of Service. If something is off with delivery, I fix it within the 7-day support window. If there's a dispute, email me first at boubacar@catalystworks.consulting before any chargeback - I respond within 48h.
What if you don't deliver in 21 days?
If timeline slips, I send a written progress update and revised delivery date within 48h of slip detection. I have not blown a DFY timeline yet. If I did, we'd have a conversation about what's reasonable - I'm a solo operator, not a faceless agency.
Can I see examples of past DFY work?
Some yes, some no (NDAs). The companion-v1 sample showcase is the closest public artifact - built fresh on a fictional B2B logistics SaaS founder, fuses two real client patterns. The Mini-Atlas magnet is a 3-prompt slice of the same approach.
Why no Calendly to chat first?

What entity will charge my card?
Catalyst Works LLC, registered in Utah, USA. Statement descriptor: HUMANATWORK DFY. Stripe Tax handles applicable VAT/sales tax.
I'm in the EU / UK / outside US. Can I still buy?
Yes. Stripe handles applicable VAT/GST automatically. Delivery is digital + email - no shipping involved. Same scope, same timeline.
