Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By purchasing any product or service at humanatwork.ai (the "Site"), I (Boubacar Barry, operating through Catalyst Works LLC) and you (the "Buyer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase.
2. Products and services
The Site offers:
- Digital products ($27–$297 range): downloadable PDFs, templates, prompt packs, kits, frameworks. Delivered immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.
- Done For You (DFY) services ($1500+): custom operator stack builds, consulting engagements. Scope defined per-buyer in a written Scope Document delivered post-purchase.
3. Payment
- All sales are processed via Stripe.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- Stripe Tax handles applicable EU VAT, US sales tax, and other jurisdictional taxes where applicable.
- Statement descriptor:
HUMANATWORK*prefix so the charge is clearly identifiable on your card statement.
4. Delivery
- Digital products: delivered via email or immediate download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- DFY services: delivery timeline specified in the per-buyer Scope Document, typically 7–21 days from acceptance of scope.
- Failure to deliver within the stated timeline entitles the Buyer to a written progress update and revised delivery date.
5. Scope and acceptance (DFY services only)
- After payment, the Buyer receives a Scope Document defining deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
- Buyer confirms scope acceptance by email reply ("I accept" or equivalent).
- Upon delivery, Buyer receives an Acceptance Request email. Buyer reply confirming acceptance closes the engagement.
- Silence beyond 14 days after delivery is treated as acceptance.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds.
This applies to digital products and DFY services alike. Buyer acknowledges the immediate-delivery nature of digital products and the bespoke nature of DFY services.
This policy reflects the immediate value transfer and is communicated clearly at the point of purchase.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
- All disputes must be raised with our customer service first by emailing boubacar@catalystworks.consulting before initiating any chargeback or payment-network dispute.
- We commit to responding to dispute requests within 48 hours and to good-faith resolution where the deliverable fell short.
- Unauthorized chargebacks attempted before customer service contact constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover lost product, chargeback fees, and dispute costs.
- These Terms do not, and cannot, waive the Buyer's rights under applicable card network rules or consumer protection law. Buyers retain all legal chargeback rights; this section asks for good-faith first-contact only.
8. Intellectual property
- Digital products and DFY deliverables are licensed to the Buyer for personal or business use within Buyer's own operations.
- Buyer may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the products as a substantially similar offering.
- Boubacar Barry / Catalyst Works LLC retains copyright on all underlying intellectual property including frameworks, prompts, code, and proprietary methods.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Works LLC's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product or service in question. We disclaim consequential, indirect, and incidental damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to purchases made after the update's effective date. Prior purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
