The safety promise, before the pitch

Nothing gets deleted in this engagement. Ever. Every operation moves or copies files into labeled holding areas you can see and verify on screen. You keep your original tree for one to four weeks afterward while you double-check everything at your own pace. Every removal decision is yours alone, made by your hand, when you feel ready. I never touch delete, and neither does anything I run. This is safe work, not destructive work.

FAQ

Will you or your tools delete anything?

No. Nothing. Not a file, not a folder, not an "obvious" duplicate. Everything moves to labeled holding areas you can inspect. You keep your original tree for one to four weeks afterward, verify at your own pace, and any removal is done by your hand, when you decide. That rule has no exceptions, including when you ask me to make one mid-session.

Do you need my password or account access?

No. Sessions are screen-share on YOUR machine, your account, your session. Anything sensitive, your hands are on the keyboard. I drive the method, not your login.

What if two sessions aren't enough?

Two focused sessions cover a typical decade-of-chaos Drive because the method works on structure, not file-by-file. If your situation is genuinely bigger (multiple accounts, business + personal, terabytes of media), email me first and we scope it honestly before you pay.

Drive only, or other storage too?

The method is storage-agnostic: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, a local disk, an inbox. The sessions work on whichever mess hurts most.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales final per Terms of Service. If something is off, email me at boubacar@catalystworks.consulting and I make it right within the question window. I respond within 48h.

What entity will charge my card?

Catalyst Works LLC, registered in Utah, USA. Stripe handles applicable VAT/sales tax.
